30-Day Free Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
This 30-day return policy is in addition to any statutory rights available to consumers in the United Kingdom and European Union.
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within that period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In original packaging with all included components
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within the 30-day return period.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so under our free return policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original item under our return policy. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Free Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Lost Shipments
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, you may choose a replacement or a full refund.
